Yachting Crew

Our Crew Consultants have been based for 18 years at the heart of the private yachting industry in Antibes, South of France. They offer a confidential and discreet service to captains and owners for the right crew for their vessel, with a regularly updated database of over 500 experienced yachting personnel for both sailing and motor yachts. Whether the position is temporary or permanent, we have qualified and experienced yacht crew available worldwide. Captains, pursers, chefs, engineers, stewards, stewardesses and deck crew, all with the necessary qualifications to provide the high quality of service found only on the world's finest luxury yachts.

Aircraft Crew

Marshall Harber is now able to offer our clients a corporate aviation recruitment service. This will include the hiring of flight deck and cabin crew for your private aircraft, themselves able to implement a full advisory service in all operational aspects involved in the owning, maintaining and operation of individual aircraft. Advice can also be given as to the suitability of various aircraft to fulfil our clients individual requirements.

David Richards, Consultant

David specialises in BBJ/B.737 (all variants) operations and will include Airbus and Boeing 777/747 if requested. With 35 years experience of flying for some of the world's prestigious airlines, David is well placed to fulfil each individual client's exact requirements.
