Jo Harber - Founder
Jo was born and educated in the UK before moving to Kenya where she established and ran her own successful sales business.
In 1989, she relocated with her husband and two sons to South Africa where she developed a career in marketing and selling exclusive real estate.
In 2000, Jo moved back to the UK, having been offered the position of Executive Housekeeper & Private Secretary to a prominent London family, eventually leading to the offer of a consultant's position with a leading domestic staff placement agency.
Jo has an excellent track record in the recruitment and placement of top quality housekeepers and nannies, her reputation being built on her experience in understanding the value of providing a discreet, professional service with a natural and sympathetic understanding of her clients' requirements.
Jo has a keen interest in alternative health and nutrition and is a qualified Yoga instructor.
Alex Facta - Managing Director
Alex was raised and educated in South Africa where he studied Economics and Management Science at the University of Stellenbosch before relocating back to the UK in 2002.
Upon returning to the UK, Alex commenced a career in web design and IT support where he developed and ran his own small design firm. Alex provided IT support services to Marshall Harber before eventually striking up a partnership with the agency in 2004 which saw him go on to become a major share holder and eventually the Managing Director.
Having worked in the household staffing industry since 2004 he has acquired a solid understanding of the private staffing sector and is aware that every household is unique and no two vacancies are the same. He has ushered Marshall Harber into a new era of recruitment, not only leveraging the use of current technology to ensure the agency is effective and efficient but also taking each unique situation into account to ensure that long standing working relationships are built between clients and candidates.
Alex is a keen motorsport enthusiast and can regularly be found tinkering with his motorbike or attending track days in his spare time.
Emily Doman - Recruitment Consultant
Emily was born and raised in Bath, UK. She moved to Southern Spain in 2012 to live and work in the skydiving industry, before returning to the UK to work as part of the cabin crew for a prominent airline. Here she had the opportunity to visit various cities and meet people from all walks of life. It was here that she developed her love of customer service and dealing with people.
Emily worked in the airline industry for over 3 years before changing her career and starting at Marshall Harber as a recruitment consultant.
In her spare time she likes to ride her motorbike and continues to skydive, and when the weather doesn’t permit she likes to learn new sports such as surfing and mountain biking and loves to experience new cultures.
Andrea Santin - Recruitment Consultant
Andrea was born in the Czech Republic and was educated in London. She has been working in the private sector since 2004 as a Personal Assistant/Tutor for high profile clients internationally.
Andrea joined Marshall Harber in 2011 in our London office where she worked very succesfully as a consultant for two years and is now based in the capitol city of Luxembourg, a beautiful city with three official languages; German, French and Luxembourgish. She enjoys learning about new cultures and languages and is currently improving her French and Italian. She is fluent in Czech, English and German.
Andrea loves motorbikes, travelling and almost every kind of sport especially off piste skiing. Since an early age she attended a Music school and continues to play the Guitar.
Kyla McKenzie-Pryce - Office Manager & Administrator
Kyla is a highly organised and efficient administrator. She keeps Marshall Harber running smoothly and is an invaluable asset to the agency.
Kyla originally trained as a Beautician from college but went on to work in office based environments and quickly built a wealth of experience in company administration.
Having worked in various Administrator roles, she was eventually offered a position at Marshall Harber in 2014 as an admin assistant. Kyla has progressed to become the Office Manager and is now responsible for the smooth day to day running of the agency.
Kyla is still a keen Beautician and she spends much of her spare time carrying out beauty treatments for friends and family.
