- Description
- Live in or Live Out Head Housekeeper required for large formal 10 bedroom country estate near Godalming. The house is substantial, set in very large grounds with indoor swimming pool and entertainment complex. There are 5 house keepers, a house manager, estate manager, security team and eight ground staff. For this role you will need to have previous experience in a similar role with the ability to train the existing team of housekeepers and also lead by example. You will have worked in a similar very high end environment to a 5 star standard and be experienced in formal table service, care of high end finishes and garments and have excellent managerial skills. You will be reporting to and working alongside the House Manager and be capable of running the house when she is off duty. Driver preferable due to rural location.
Working Days/Hours: 5 day 40 hour working week, 9am to 6pm but may vary through busy periods to include weekend work.
Accommodation: Separate accommodation provided (to be finalized), partner welcome.
Salary: £45-£50K gross per annum, neg depending on previous experience. Pension scheme included and a discretionary bonus.
