- This role is full time for the housekeeper role and part time for their partner. An experienced housekeeping couple is required for a mature couple who are relocating to the UK from Switzerland. The house is substantial with 6 bedrooms, a gym and cinema over three floors with the top floor dedicated to the staff flat which has its own private staircase. They have two friendly dogs so you must be a dog lover. This is not a formal household but they like their house kept to a high standard. The couple both work from home and enjoy the outdoors and a healthy lifestyle. They only have very occasional guests to stay. The main duties will be cleaning to a high standard with eco products, laundry and ironing, occasional cooking healthy family meals (the couple are both vegan), general housekeeping duties to ensure the house is maintained to a high standard, care of the two dogs and security, particularly when they are absent. Running errands, driving duties, assisting the gardener with the organic vegetable garden and keeping the outside living areas clean and tidy and general house maintenance.
Working Days: Monday to Friday but with flexibility to work the occasional weekend with time off in lieu and when the couple are travelling which they do for 2 to 5 days every few months.
Accommodation: Private 2 bedroom flat on the top floor, newly refurbished with separate staircase. Small dog welcome, sorry no dependants.
Salary: £ Excellent depending on experience and hours of part time role.
