- THIS VACANCY HAS BEEN FILLED - Live In Caretaker required for a 50 acre estate set in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. There is one large main house and 5 detached cottages along with a swimming pool, tennis court, and pool house set in 50 acres of paddocks, lawns and formal gardens. There are 4 gardeners on the estate. The duties will include: caretaking and security, on call for intruder alarm calls and emergencies, assisting with light general house maintenance and upkeep of the estate and grounds. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are essential. This could suit a candidate looking for a semi-retirement role with less hours during the weekdays but must be 8 hour days on the weekends.
Days/Hours of Work: 5 days a week Thursday to Monday inclusive. 8 hours a day.
Salary: £30K gross per annum.
Accommodation: Separate one bedroom flat on the estate. (no pets or partners)
