Description
Live in Housekeeper/Cook required for a family of five. You will be looking after a large 6 bedroomed house in Sussex working with other members of staff. The family have three children with full time nannies. You must be pet friendly as the family have one cat and one dog. You must be happy working in a team environment.
Your responsibilities will include all areas of housekeeping. Cleaning to a high standard, laundry and ironing and changing of bed linen and steaming of all bedding and clothes. Care of fine fabrics and finishes. Wardrobe management. Running errands and shopping for groceries. Cooking occasional light meals for the family. You must be a confident driver and a car is provided with this role.
Working Days/Hours: 5 days a week 10 to 12 hours a day. You must be happy to cover occasional weekends.
Accommodation: Private Cottage within the grounds
Salary £up to £55,000 gross per year depending on your experience
