- Description
- A Maintenance Person with at least five years’ experience is required to perform maintenance activities for the upkeep of various homes in Surrey, 2 London offices and 5 residential properties.
This is a varied role for a motivated and hardworking maintenance man able to handle and deal with a wide remit of property maintenance matters. Excellent references essential.
Duties:- Good overall M&E, plumbing and carpentry knowledge
- Pro-active and hard-working with good attention to detail.
- Use of small industrial, electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Physically agile and able to lift heavy loads
- Full, clean driving license, this role will involve travelling between various Surrey and London Properties.
- Good communication skills: able to work well as part as a team as well as independently.
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Salary: £40K gross per annum. A car is available if required. Mileage will be covered.
