- Description
- PA Nanny required for family home in Highgate. The Personal Assistant role will be a mix of domestic assistant tasks and business administrative tasks. The Nanny role will involve caring for three children aged 6, 8 and 10 and supporting them with their afterschool care.
The right candidate will be personable, organised and flexible with experience in creating documents and spreadsheets. They will have a calm and organised nature and be able to work discretely while in the home. They will enjoy spending time with children and be able to communicate effectively with primary school age children. They will be safety-conscious when having children in their charge.
The successful candidate will have the following:
3 years+ experience in domestic childcare/nanny role- 2 years’+ experience in administrative or personal assistant role
- Valid UK driver’s license and confident driving in and around London
- Able to cook nutritious meals when required
- Proficient in Excel, Work and Computer skills
- Able to commute to N6
- Valid DBS check
- Right to work in UK
Duties: 10am – 3pm: PA role for both businesses and household- Perform online research and present the end result Google Docs or Google Sheets
- Organise information into relevant fields in spreadsheets and set up various processes to assist with the running of the Business and the Household
- Making online purchases for household and business supplies in accordance with requirements and instructions.
- Maintaining children’s rooms by regularly organising and auditing children’s toys, clothes and shoes. Purchasing what is required as per requirements and discussions.
- Organising travel plans and making travel bookings.
3pm – 7pm Nanny role- Collecting children from school
- Helping the younger child with her homework and reading
- Playing with children or doing crafts if time allows
- Cooking dinner where required
- Ensuring children eat a nutritious dinner and encourage good table manners
- Making sure children are always safe and happy
- Bathing children or preparing the bath if children are doing it by themselves
- Preparing children’s school bags with all the items they need for the next morning
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm
Salary: £45K to £50K depending on previous experience.
