- Live Out chef required with an extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine for a fully staffed formal household based in London and Surrey with occasional travel to Switzerland. You will be working alongside one other chef. The role will include preparing breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner for five days a week including weekends mainly in London but occasionally in Surrey. Also keeping the kitchen clean, keeping the pantry fully stocked and stock checking. You must be happy to liaise with the existing chef and be a team player. For this role you will need solid experience working in a high end private household, be comfortable working in a family environment and experienced in preparing vegetarian dishes and Indian cuisine. It is important that you have a flexible approach to your working hours/days and be able to work with last minute changes to the day’s schedule. This is a household where their staff stay for many years.
Working Days: 5 days a week to include weekends
Salary: £60K Negotiable for right candidate
