- Live Out Housekeeper required for a large fully staffed household with a Head housekeeper,3 nannies, 5 housekeepers, 2 chefs 3 drivers and a PA. This is a family home with 4 young children, run to exacting standards. They are looking for a professional and experienced housekeeper to join their team of staff. You will be working alongside housekeepers. You will be required to work a 5-day week, 8 hours a day. However, there needs to be a level of flexibility as you will rotate your days with the other four housekeepers and will be required to cover some weekends. The house has four floors with 8 bedrooms all en-suite cinema, swimming pool, so you will need to be fit with lots of energy.
General duties :
Duties will include the day-to-day housekeeping, cleaning to a very high standard, polishing and caring for silver and furniture, washing, ironing, and caring for delicate fabrics.
Making and changing beds.
Organising cupboards, closets etc
Making sure all rubbish and recycling has been taken care of.
This is a position for someone proactive and self-sufficient, takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail. This is a fully staffed household so it is essential you can work in a team environment and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Working Days/Hours 5 day week, 8 hours a day with one hour break working one weekend a month. Shifts are 9am to 6pm, 10am to7pm 1pm to10pm so you must be happy with these hours
Salary: £45K (negotiable for right candidate)
