- Description
- Live In Head Housekeeper required for HNW family residing on a beautiful country estate. This is a weekend residence so you must be happy to work weekends when the family are in residence which is mainly in the summer months. There is a part time housekeeper who works three days a week. This is a hands on housekeeping role but the principal brings her staff with her from the London house when she is visiting ( butler, chef, ladies maid housekeeper )etc. The main duties are:
Cleaning to a high standard and maintaining the house to be ready for guests at any time. Occasional shopping/running errands
Laundry and ironing
Changing bed linen
Maintaining the general organisation and cleanliness of the property
You will need to be confident to run a large house with excellent organisational skills. You must have had experience caring for high end finishes and fabrics. You will need to be a driver with own car due to the location of the property.
Working Day/ Hours: 5 days a week, 50 hours a week. If the principals are not in residence, you will be given the weekend off.
Accommodation: 2 bedroom cottage on the Estate. Pets welcome.
Salary: Up to £45,000 gross per annum depending on experience
