THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED - Live In Weekend Housekeeper required for HNW family residing on a beautiful country estate. This is a weekend residence so you must be happy to work most weekends. There is a part time housekeeper and a live out weekly housekeeper already employed. This is a hands-on housekeeping role but the principals bring other staff with them from the London house when they are visiting ( butler, chef, ladies maid )etc.
Three families use the house, but not at the same time.
The main duties are:
Cleaning to a high standard and maintaining the house to be ready for guests at any time.
Laundry and ironing
Wardrobe Management
Changing bed linen
Liaising with the estate manager and security with deliveries and tradesman
Computer literate for the ordering of cleaning products and basic groceries Occasional shopping/running errands.
Maintaining the general organisation and cleanliness of the properties, main house, 2 guest cottages, art studio, paddle court, gazebo and Treefort , tiding 2 staff cottages
You will need to be confident to run a large house with excellent organisational skills. You must have had experience caring for high end finishes and fabrics. You will need to be a driver with own car due to the location of the property.
Working Day/ Hours: 5 days a week, 45 hours a week Thursday to Monday.
Accommodation: 2-bedroom cottage on the Estate. Pets welcome but no partners. Utilities included
Salary: Up to £45,000 gross per annum depending on experience
