Live In or Live Out Housekeeper - Holland Park, London

A highly professional and experienced housekeeper is required for a family of one adult with two university-age children, who visit, based in a large property in Holland Park, London. The property has 4 floors, 4 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, drawing room, family room as well as a gym and spa thus a highly energetic and self-motivated candidate is essential for this role.

Your will need to be reliable, flexible, trustworthy, and highly organised with a minimum of 5 years previous experience working in formal private residences and a minimum of 3 years working in one residence. Attention to detail required and high standards of cleaning and hygiene. Excellent laundry skills. Fluent English. Pet friendly essential.

Main Duties:

• Cleaning and tidying the interior of the entire home.
• Assisting with food prep and cleaning, tidying and organising the kitchen, butler’s pantry and wine room including appliances and equipment after meals
• Making grocery shopping list weekly, keeping the refrigerator, pantry and cupboards clean and discarding out-of-date items•   Making beds, changing bed linens and bath towels
• Managing wardrobes
• Arranging dry-cleaning 
• Answering door and phone
• Managing deliveries
• Feeding pets when needed

It is essential that you are pet friendly as the family have four dogs (one large size and 3 small) and you will be required to assist with pet care.  There is a daily dog walker on staff.

Working Days/Hours: 5-day working week 

Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30pm with a break during the day. Occasional Saturday working will be required, no more than once per month.

Accommodation: Basement studio flat with separate entrance.

Salary £55k Gross Neg. based on experience.
