- THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED - A Live In/Out Housekeeper/ Cook required for a formal but friendly family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 8 so you must be child friendly. They are existing clients of Marshall Harber and their staff stay for many years. There is a part time housekeeper already employed who comes in to do the heavy cleaning duties. The main duties of the role will be general housekeeping, laundry and ironing and to cook healthy family meals from fresh ingredients. Normally it will be lunch for the children and dinner every evening. The family enjoy a Mediterranean gluten free diet. It is important to enjoy cooking and baking and be able to follow recipes and trying new dishes. You will need excellent standards and energy as this is a large home with high end finishes. A driver preferred but not essential for the role. Potters Bar is only 10 minutes from Kings Cross London on the fast train and the client is happy to cover travel costs to London for live out applicants.
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm with one hour break. Also one nights babysitting during the week, paid extra.
Accommodation: A private single bedroom studio flat with separate entrance in the grounds with underfloor heating, TV and WiFi access.
Salary: £600net per week, negotiable for very experienced candidate.
