Description
Daily Cook required for a young family of 5 residing in Chelsea. For cultural reasons this role is for a female chef. You must be experienced and professional and have worked previously in a private home. The family enjoy healthy and wholesome Middle Eastern home cooking including homemade soups, fish, meats, salads etc.
They have a variety of recipes that they enjoy and appreciate the chef to follow these chosen recipes. They also enjoy a wide range of cuisine, so creativity and variety are essential.
In addition to cooking for the family you will also cook for the small team of staff, housekeepers, nannies, and a driver.
Food shopping is done online but you will be required occasionally to shop for fresh ingredients etc.. Menus will be discussed with the principal. This is a friendly environment and you must be happy to be a team player and enjoy working alongside other staff members.
Working Days and Hours: 6 days a week (Sundays off) 7am to 6pm with time of when the family are travelling which they do frequently).
Salary: £60K to £65K depending on previous experience. PAYE applicants only.
