- Description
- Live Out Nanny Housekeeper required for couple with two children, 4 and 7 years of age. There is a fulltime housekeeper, chef and chauffeur already employed. The duties are as follows: Direct supervision of the 2 boys
- Providing a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the children thrive and develop
- Babysitting at times agreed in advance
- Providing well balanced and nutritious meals appropriate to the needs of the children
- Keeping the nursery, bedroom, playroom and other areas agreed with the Employer clean and tidy at all times
- Making sure that the children’s uniforms are clean and ready
- Cleaning, laundering and mending the children’s clothes
- Responsibility for cleaning and maintaining household equipment relating to the care of the children
- School drop-offs and pick-ups / taking the children to playgroup / play dates
- Taking the children on outings appropriate to their age and stage of development
- Ability to use all equipment related to the age of the children, e.g. buggies and car seats
- Preparing for special occasions such as birthday parties
- Caring for the children when they are sick and administering medicine(s)
- Travelling with the Employer and family if required
- Undertaking other tasks as mandated by the Employer
- Working constructively and professionally with other employees
- Openly communicating on a daily and consistent basis with the Employer
- Having weekly meetings or ad hoc as required with the Employer’s House Manager or any person as nominated by the Employer
Housekeeping responsibilities:- Preparing breakfast for the Employer and family on a daily basis
- High standard cleaning (daily and deep cleaning)
- Dusting polishing, vacuuming, mopping
- Care for delicate surfaces
- Making beds, changing linens
- Keeping the Employer’s home tidy and presentable at all times
- Taking in deliveries
- Taking out the rubbish every day
- Keeping the wardrobes organised and tidy
- Packing / unpacking
- Organising dry cleaning
- Ensuring the fridge is cleaned regularly and organized
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 7.30pm
Salary: £50 to £55K gross per annum
