- Live In Housekeeper PA required for a mature lady residing in a lovely rural area near Cogenhoe. The house has 6 bedrooms and three bathrooms but three bedrooms are on the top floor which is being converted into a Studio flat for the housekeeper. The main duties will be cleaning, ironing, assisting with food preparation as the principal loves to do her own cooking but be happy to prepare the occasional meal when she has been out for the day. Assistance is needed with administration duties related to her property portfolio and making appointments etc so you will need to be computer literate. Additional duties will be to water plants, keep the pool area clean and tidy and run errands. You must be a confident driver and happy to drive a large Mercedes saloon car. This is a lovely role for a candidate with a can do attitude who is willing to turn their hand to a variety of tasks and can have a flexible approach to their working days. You will also be asked to accompany the lady to her second home in Southwold for occasional short holiday breaks.
Working Days/Hours: A maximum of 22 days in any month, additional days will be paid extra. 8am to 5 pm with a break for lunch.
Accommodation: Top flour large studio flat with double bed, TV and kitchenette.
Salary: £45K gross per annum negotiable for right candidate
