- Description
- Live Out House Manager required for high profile fully staffed formal residence in central London. For cultural reasons this is a female only role. You will need to have had previous experience in a similar role in a large private household.
- You must be a good team player but firm, taking on and dealing with all projects as required, and assisting wherever necessary to ensure all work is dealt with on time.
- Work well under pressure in a calm and efficient manner, prioritising work well and always completing daily tasks. Good organisational and planning skills are essential.
- Engaging with and overseeing outside contractors, service providers and suppliers, and ensuring that their work is completed to a satisfactory level.
- Be responsible for ensuring that any maintenance issues are brought to the owner’s attention.
- Overseeing for the care of all household guests and visitors including overseeing staff training and development.
- Be confident to provide and serve light refreshments to the guests. You will also be responsible for purchasing goods for the household.
- Be organised and adaptive, with a good sense of initiative and the ability to get the job done. Always willing to adjust to the needs of the daily routine of the family and property.
- You should be happy to travel with the family a couple of times a year.
Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am–7.00pm with a degree of flexibility expected.
Salary £65K to £70K gross per annum depending on experience
