- Description
- Live In Housekeeper Cook required for large family home in Amersham. There are two children, boys aged 5 and 11 so there will be some child care duties in this role and also the flexibility to travel with the family. There is one other housekeeper so you must be a team player and enjoy sharing the duties.
Duties include: Housekeeping to a very high standard; laundry; ironing; cooking for the family; nanny duties; ordering groceries for the family/making sure everything is in stock; babysitting; deep cleaning; looking after the small dog, not dog walking but general feeding and care; travelling with family abroad to look after children; liaising with other staff members;
Flexibility required as sometimes required to work weekends; all of these duties to be split between the two housekeepers however when one is off or on holiday, the other will be dealing covering all areas of the role. You must be security conscious and discreet as this is a VIP family. The right candidate will have a calm disposition, be flexible fit and energetic.
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm with mid-day break plus Saturday morning with occasional weekend cover with time off in lieu.
Accommodation: Large ensuite bedroom in a private wing of the house.
Salary: £70K (Approx. £900net per week) plus food allowance.
