Live In or Live Out House / Property Manager - Mayfair, London

Live In or Live Out House / Property Manager required for  young family recently located to London from the north of England. 

This role is a great opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious, self driven individual who would like a multi faceted job where you can grow within the role.  You will be responsible for managing the house in Mayfair occupied by two adults and 3 young children. There is a housekeeper and nanny already employed. You will be overseeing renovations to the house and also travelling occasionally to Hale in Cheshire to oversea a house renovation there. The principal also has a property under construction in Dubai that you will be asked to oversee from time to time so you must be free to travel.  You will also be acting as PA and managing the principal's social and work diary. This is a newly created role that to some extent will be changing as you go along so you need to be up for the challenge, not be a clock watcher and have a flexible can do attitude. Previous experience is essential but equally important to be a self starter looking for an exciting career ahead of them.

Working Days/Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.

Accommodation: Self contained, one bedroomed flat.

Salary: £110K gross per annum (Negotiable for right candidate)
