Live In Couple required for oceanfront residence in Sweden

An experienced and dedicated domestic couple required to care for a medium sized luxurious oceanfront property located 50 minutes from Gothenburg, Sweden, with international airport. Nestled within a pristine nature surrounding, this home offers a peaceful, rural lifestyle with charming villages nearby. The residence features 4-6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, live-in kitchen, gym and two offices with high-end furnishings and appliances, requiring careful maintenance. The principals travel frequently, so the couple should be self-motivated and capable of keeping the household in top condition during their absence and take special care for the animals.  (Two dogs).

Key Responsibilities

• Housekeeping & Deep Cleaning: Ensuring the home is immaculate and well-maintained.
• Laundry & Ironing 
• Gardening & Landscaping: Maintaining the garden, vegetable beds, terraces, and boat dock and boat maintenance.
• Cooking: Preparing healthy, organic, vegan meals for breakfast and early dinner (Monday–Friday).
• Animal Care: Looking after dogs (plus future small farm animals such as goats) including when Principals are traveling, veterinary and physio visits.
• Property Maintenance: Handling minor repairs, coordinating external maintenance. 
• Grocery shopping, managing household supplies, airport pick-ups, and expenditure reporting.
• Travel Assistance: The couple may be required to travel with the Principals to their potential second residence in Southern Europe, dividing time between summer and winter locations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a domestic couple.
• Proven longevity in previous positions (references from previous employers/s required)
• EU driver’s license (both must be licensed).
• EU work permit
• Strong gardening and handyman skills (for the gentleman).
• Passion for healthy cooking, with a willingness to prepare vegan meals.
• Must have experience with dogs, must love dogs and animals in general
• Trustworthy, hardworking, and self-sufficient.
• Comfortable in a rural setting, with a love for nature and animals.
• Conversational English and computer literacy.

Working Days/Hours: 5 days per week 8 hours a day.

Salary: 55,000 SEK/month for the couple (approx. €5,000)

Accommodation: A private, furnished, 2-bedroom cottage,  separate from the property .Use of car, on and off duty.
