Live In Housekeeper/Mothers Help required for a family of 6 residing in a large 5 bedroom home on a farm. The children are 7, 11, 13 and 14 years of age. You will be working alongside another housekeeper who is part time. You also need to be dog friendly for this role. The main duties will be cleaning to a high standard, assisting mother with child care, laundry and ironing, occasional cooking, mainly for the children, running errands and assisting the male principal with light care duties. A driving license would be an advantage and there is a car provided. The last candidate stayed many years and became almost part of the family towards the end. It is important to be flexible in this role and being prepared to sometimes work longer hours with time off in lieu.
Working Days/Hours: Five days a week, 50 hours a week. 8.00am or 9.00am start time.
Accommodation: Initially a bedroom ensuite but from October you will have your own separate flat when they move.
Salary: £40K gross per annum
