- THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD - Live In House Management Couple required for a part time holiday home in HERZYELIA PITUAH ( 20 min Tel Aviv) Cook/Housekeeper/Steward/ Handyman/Driver/Security
Current couple of 20 years retiring. Hebrew and English speakers essential. Family of three spend approx.. 5 months per year at this newly constructed villa. Extended family and guests also visit. The villa has nine bedrooms and bathrooms and stands in beautiful gardens. There is a swimming pool, gym and media room and lovely terraces with outstanding views.
A couple is required to run and manage this beautiful home, the housekeeper will manage the interior on a day to day basis, undertaking general housekeeping duties including cleaning, washing and ironing etc, but additional assistance is required during peak times. One of the couple must be able to cook to a high standard, modern, fresh and light and healthy but well presented. The owners use this home for entertaining and during the time they spend there, you will cook for up to 25 people, but outside assistance is also available.
You should have good DIY and handy skills, have a technical mind and be able to oversee the boiler room, CCTV, alarm and smart house systems. You will care for the swimming pool and oversee contractors and look after minor repairs and small day to day projects. Laying and serving at table is also part of the role, but this is an informal home.
Ideally one of the couple should be computer literate.
There are 2 cars on the property, one of which can be used by the couple, which will need to be washed and managed accordingly, airport runs and routine household provisioning, shopping etc will be required. The gardens are managed by external contractors.
Working Day/Hours: The hours will be flexible and managed by the couple as this is a part time residence.
Accommodation: One bedroom suite which is part of the house but is completely private.
Salary: NIS 7,500 net per person per month, i.e. NIS Gross 15,000, the gross salary includes socials, pension and compensation. (Approx. £740 net per week)
